Edward R. Sajbel

Professor Emeritus of Fine Art, University of Southern Colorado

Sajbel’s watercolors are loose and colorful. Most are Colorado landscapes but some reflect his global travel. In some of his paintings he will mix an element of collage.

Sajbel is skilled at placing a photograph into a painting and blending it so one cannot tell where the photo ends and the painting begins.

Sajbel has been with the John Deaux Gallery since it’s inception in 1981.
